About Us

Justin Heinly 

Justin was born and raised in Allentown, PA and moved to Harrisburg in 2010. He received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and is an avid Penn State football fan. He moved to Harrisburg due to his love for its historic neighborhoods and warm, inviting residents. He is proud to have built Heinly Homes LLC and Midtown Property Management from the ground up through a lot of sweat equity and genuine hard work. He enjoys renovating and maintaining his own apartment buildings, running along Riverfront Park, volunteering in the community and spending time with his family.

Danielle Fishel

OFFICE MANAGER

Danielle was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania with nearly a decade living in Midtown Harrisburg. She has a degree in Criminal Justice and has spent 15 years working for the Pennsylvania State Inspector General's Office in their Welfare Fraud sector. She also has nearly 14 years in the hospitality industry bartending and serving at various local establishments. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, biking, searching local flea markets for vintage finds, and spending time with her daughter and friends. 

Erika Stark

ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER

Erika was born and raised in the greater Harrisburg area, attending the University of Pittsburgh for her Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Social Work. Erika coordinates utilities for the office and assists both tenants and owners with daily needs and questions. Outside the office she can usually be found cheering on her daughter on the soccer field or chasing after two rescue dogs. Her goal at Midtown Property Management is to provide quality customer care and to support a happy, healthy, thriving community in Midtown.

Elise Lehman

LEASING AGENT

Elise was born, raised and works in Harrisburg. She pursued her degree in Marketing Management and comes to us from a long background in hospitality for over 20 years but more recently obtained her realty license in 2022. If you want an apartment or single family home in the area, she is the one to talk to. Recently she just welcomed a baby girl to join her growing family including her son, husband and dog. She enjoys the occasional camping trip or family walks through the neighborhood.

Tammy Lauck

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Tammy was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and was a 1988 graduate of Red Land High School. She has a degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies from Thompson Learning Institute, which she received while attending the first all online program of its kind from 1998-2002. Tammy brings to us over 35 combined years of accounting skills from Head Controller to Staff Accountant. She is the proud mother of 2 amazing grown children and Meme to one special little guy. Her passion is English Bulldog Rescue, where she is very active in rescuing, fostering, transporting and helping find loving homes one bully at a time.

Jerry Hartmann

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Jerry hails from the Pocono Mountains and has been in the apartment maintenance field most of his life starting out working in an industrial setting. He is a certified apartment maintenance technician trainer and brings over 30 years of experience in property management and maintenance. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time restoring his old home and keeping care of his horse and chickens

Matt Newton

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Matt comes from a military background as a world traveling "Army Brat" and previously served in the PA National Guard. Some of his favorite places he has lived include; Japan, Holland and Portugal. While Matt obtained his degree in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University he pursued work in management and renovations before joining our team at MPM. Matt is a people person and enjoys time with friends; seeing local bands, camping, longboarding and a lazy Sunday watching the Eagles game.

Emily Hummel

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Emily was born and raised in Lewisburg, PA, but has been an active member of Midtown for the last two years. She is a 2020 graduate of Shippensburg University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in Writing. She has 10 years in the hospitality industry, working for several different establishments. You can find Emily walking along the Riverfront park most evenings with her husband and Irish Setter, Finn. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, climbing, traveling, and attending concerts. She resides in Midtown, but will be setting off on a journey across the United States in her self converted van. Amanda Sachs

BUYERS AGENT

Since joining Midtown Property Management nearly two years ago, Amanda Sachs has been dedicated to steering our clients through coherent and comprehensive investment and homeownership. Whether buying, selling, renting, marketing, or managing, Amanda's personable approach, honed from a background in education and the service industry, ensures clients receive unparalleled service! Amanda is a downtown Harrisburg resident, Messiah College graduate, and South Jersey native. Outside of work, you can find Amanda singing professionally in local venues, indulging in macramé and yoga, and exploring nature and new places with her son and their friends.

Michael White

Michael grew up in the Harrisburg area. He began his career in real estate in 2014. Over the last decade he has helped his clients identify and close on over 25 million dollars in real estate across 3 states. His primary focus is Harrisburg real estate investment sales and market making. Michael is the owner of Herkey Houses Dauphin County, providing housing to individuals in need. Separate from real estate, Michael is a father of two, avid golfer, coffee enthusiast and once a finalist in the US Coffee Championships. Michael is a graduate of Palm Beach State University.
